Reflective Supervision & Practice Coaching

Reflective, capability‑building supervision and coaching for anyone who wants to deepen their insight, develop their perspectives, and make sense of the “why” behind their practice.

I create a grounded, supportive space where you can safely explore challenges, navigate ethical dilemmas and practice tensions, unpack stuck points, and (re)connect with your values. Sessions can also support you in strengthening your leadership practice — including how you guide, coach, and support others in your team.

My approach is relational, steady, and focused on growth that is meaningful and practical.

Practice Improvement Consulting & Training

I support organisations to strengthen service delivery models, enhance direct practice, and build cohesive, capable teams. This includes practice gap and strengths analysis, policy review and development, alignment of practice frameworks, reflective practice and group supervision, and tailored capability‑building initiatives. I also offer customised training to help teams make meaning of policy, deepen practice understanding, and embed quality and safeguarding expectations into everyday work.

My approach is collaborative and practical, helping organisations build strong foundations, strengthen capability, and feel confident in their service delivery.

HSQS Audit Readiness

Working with organisations to prepare for HSQS audits through clear, structured, and practical guidance. This includes reviewing policies and procedures, identifying gaps, strengthening evidence, building staff understanding of the standards, and helping teams feel confident and ready for audit processes.

Where services work with children, young people, or families, support also includes aligning HSQS requirements with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations — strengthening safeguarding, risk management, and safe practice across programs.
